Every day, as Americans, we try shortcuts that include fad diets, trendy workouts, and miracle pills so we can look, feel, and perform better. But none of this seems to work and most of us are tired of trying to sort through all the noise about physical and mental fitness.

I know this because I was on that up-and-down roller coaster physically, mentally, and emotionally for over 30 years. That tumultuous ride is the reason I created Psychology-Fitness™ and what has allowed me to refine it over decades so that, today, I can show you how to get off that roller coaster in less than 75 minutes.

Who We Are

Imagine having a psychologist, personal trainer, life coach, breathwork coach, meditation coach, personal motivator, and accountability partner all in one. That is exactly what you get with a Psychology-Fitness™ coach.

How It Works

Coaches use our clinically-proven Psy-Fi System™ and our Brain, Body & Breath training.

First, we discuss your current challenges and analyze them with the latest research in Cognitive Behavioral and Positive Psychology. During this process, we turn ON your Brain by developing a theme for our training experience that draws a parallel between your life and the physical training.

Then, we turn ON your Body by guiding you through a customized, sport-specific workout that pushes and enhances you physically, mentally, and emotionally while you learn a new sport-specific skill.

Next, we harness the power of your Breath through guided meditation to calm your Brain and Body and help you gain more focus and perspective.

Lastly, we design an action plan with definable tools and tactics that you can use to overcome your greatest challenges. .

No other program in the country combines all these elements and leverages science and sports the way that we do.

Our Purpose

More than anything, I created Psychology-Fitness™ to heal myself. Later on as I did the work, I realized that I was able to help my friends and family. Today, I have helped friends, family, and nearly 1000 students rewire their brains by training their bodies.
I know what it feels like to not Live Your Best Story. Before Psychology-Fitness™, I worked over 100 hours each week as a litigation psychologist on billion-dollar matters for Fortune 500 corporations and America’s top law firms. I loved my life and my career for a long time, but then I became overworked, addicted, depressed, and anxious. I was in a place where I thought that I had everything I wanted — the job, the money, the girl — but I had no idea what my true purpose was., I had no idea what would make me happy again.

That was my story.

Then I decided to re-write it.

I looked back at my life experience and what it had given me.

For 28 years, I had pushed my body to the brink while becoming a snowboard instructor in British Columbia, practicing Muay Thai in Thailand, surfing in Australia, and rock climbing in the U.S. For 23 years, I had trained my brain while studying psychology and diving into a variety of disciplines that analyzed the brain, body, and breath across 51 countries.

It has taken decades for me to learn what I know and, along the way, I have gathered countless mental, physical, and emotional scars that hurt. Today, I show you my scars so you can learn from them and so you don’t have to sacrifice everything I did to realize what I’ll teach you.

I can’t promise it will be easy; it won’t be.

But what I can promise you is this:

  1. I will create a safe space for you physically, mentally, and emotionally.
  2. Because I’ve been where you are, I will meet you there physically, mentally, and emotionally.
  3. I will give you real-world tools and tactics that you can use right now.
  4. If it’s not fun, we don’t do it.
